Once the marketing strategy is created, we will set a date to gain all the marketing material we need so that your home hits all the portals such Rightmove & Zoopla and all the social campaigns, looking the very best and standing out from all the other properties in your local area.

Helping you gain engagement and interest, with motivated buyers, I will also tap into my mailing list, ensuring we get the right buyers through your door.

I will assist you with arranging and booking viewings, negotiating all offers to ensure we maximise those offers to gain the very best price for your home, which will no doubt have an impact on your future plans.

I will ensure all offers seriously considered are qualified, so we there are no false starts to your selling process. I do not tie any of my clients into a contract any longer than 4 weeks.

I feel long contracts are unnecessary and have every confidence that you will wish to continue working with me, so a long drawn-out contract serves no purpose.

Having been born and raised in South Birmingham, I am an expert both personally and professionally for the local market. It remains my home turf where I live with my family so, in fact living, sleeping and working in the area. I have four grown up children, a twelve-year-old (going on 20!), a gorgeous grandson and Eddie our dog! So, as a family Jon and I have encountered many activities, schools, groups within the community. We have shared many outings within the local parks, cafes and pubs, between myself and the family there is very little if anything we don’t know about the benefits and what our area has to offer.

I offer a very unique approach, working very closely and being personally accountable for our working engagement. I pride myself on high service levels, so it is to that I only work with a small number of clients at one time, ensuring that your service levels are not diluted. So, whilst you may not see my boards on every street corner, the reason is to ensure I can provide you with a personal dedicated experience, ensuring as smooth process for you and your loved ones.

Combined with Agreed, I am a member of a very exclusive but elite agents within the UK. A great industry community but providing a wealth of information, legislation updates and innovative ideas, that I can implement within the process of your home and sale.

Viewings

There is extensive phone and online coverage as well as the use of social media. This means that prospective purchasers can get in contact either through my office, my websites, property portals, my social media accounts or email. As an independent personal estate agent, it really couldn’t be any easy to get in touch with me and book a viewing.

Also, because I work differently to other estate agents in the area, I don’t need to have 20+ properties on the market at any one time, to be honest I don’t ever want to have more than 5 properties on the market at any time. This means that I can give my utmost attention to my customers, their property and potential buyers. If a buyer calls or if a client has a question, I don’t want them having to wait for me to get back to them.

It is worth noting that a successful open house means you only have to get the house ready once!
